Terms of Use
Important: AlokTips provides football statistics and predictions for information and entertainment only. We do not accept bets, hold money or pay out winnings, and no prediction is ever guaranteed. You must be 18 or older to use the app.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and InMessage Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”), the operator of AlokTips. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you download AlokTips from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if anything conflicts, these terms apply between you and us.
2. Who can use AlokTips
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed by the laws where you live to view sports-betting related information. You are responsible for following those laws.
3. Predictions are not guarantees
- Picks are generated from statistics, models and market data, and selected by our analysts. Football is unpredictable and picks can and do lose.
- Past results, win rates and track records do not guarantee future results.
- Odds shown are for reference only and may differ from, or have changed at, any bookmaker.
- Nothing in the app is financial advice. Any decision to bet elsewhere is entirely yours, at your own risk. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.

4. AlokTips Pro subscriptions
- AlokTips Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Pro picks and removes ads. Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use “Restore purchases” in the app to restore Pro on a new device.
- We may change Pro features or prices; price changes follow the store's notification rules.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app's picks or content for commercial purposes, scrape or overload our services, reverse-engineer the app, or use it unlawfully.
6. Content and third parties
Fixtures, scores, statistics and odds come from third-party data providers and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate. Links to third-party services (such as our Telegram community) are provided for convenience; their own terms apply. The AlokTips name, design and content belong to us or our licensors.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about accuracy, availability or results, and we are not liable for any losses, including betting losses, lost profits or indirect damages, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Ending use
You can stop using AlokTips at any time by deleting it (and cancelling any subscription). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or discontinue the app with reasonable notice.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where InMessage Digital Ltd is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live.
